SilverScript - Bank acct change
I called on Friday 09/28 to make a change for our bank acct. Our acct has been hacked and we need to advise Silver Script with our new number for withdrawal for payment.
When I finally spoke with a girl she advised That she was unable to take the information. She advised she could erase the hacked number, could not add the new number. She would need to send forms for my husband & I to fill out & return to Silver Script. This will take 10-15 days for us to receive.
The old acct number has been removed so there is no number in the records. When it comes time for withdrawal there will not be a number for Oct. withdrawal!!
We will be unable to get the forms back in time. This is a BIG Problem, needs to be resolved!
