I called up to enroll with Silver Script, on 10/18 and today 10/19, and both times I was left on hold for 20 minutes, when I spoke to a agent, I gave all my information that they needed, was told by 1st representative, she would have to transfer me, she did, then there was another long wait period, only then after the transfer, I was told that once again it was the wrong department that I reached. this time the representative was curt, nasty, and was of no help.

I thought I would give silver script the benefit of the doubt, and called back today, but again to no avail, another long wait time, no correct department, and then I got disconnected. I thought I would go with silver script because that is the plan my husband has, and is pleased with. Due to your companies poor handling of enrollment, I have gone with another company, who so graciously got me enrolled not only for the rest of 20019, but for 2020. She was helpful, and explained in full detail the plan, sadly she was able to do for me what your company could and would not do.

My opinion is you need to work on better phone management skills, and get cracking on teaching personnel how to effectively work with people who want to enroll, or just have questions. Thank You, Sandi Razen.
