called as directed for "expedited tier exception" the person I spoke to was rude, told me the med was all ready tier 3..wrong, offered a different generic which it was not and in fact had warnings of interaction with other meds ! Called back on four different occasions to discuss again as to miss information I received and just got the runaround, its as if they have screeners that keep you on hold.

Apparently they do not interact with Physicians offices or request anything in writing as they Refused to contact my physician office !

Bought thru goodrx....great price !! and I will use them in the future
