Trouble sleeping 2 years ago - was prescribed Temazepam (30mg). Got it fine "THEN" from CareMark.

Similar diagnosis last May. Mailed in same scrip as 2 years ago. In June received letter informing me it was not on my formulary. (OK, I should have looked - but come on!) Called & asked for my script back - stating: "I'll pay cash price somewhere." In 20 min.

call I Was told I'd receive script in 7 to 10 days. (What the heck? I get things from other countries in 7 to 10 days - that sucks!) 3 weeks later no script. July Call (27 min.) - Them "our records indicate that prescription is being returned." Aug - 45 min call: I learned I'm only talking to a call center.

I demanded to speak to someone with SilverScript/CareMark - finally got someone. Had to go over same info - but he finally got to some level of the process and promises the script will be back to me in 10 to 15 days. We'll see. SilverScript SUCKS!

Won't cover cheap generic "Restoril (30mg)" Heck - I can't even use them for generic Synthroid. They charge me $40 for what I get 'cash price' at WalMart for $10. Why am I paying over $250 a year when I can get a better deal with Costco (cash price), WalMart (cash price), or Blink-Health.

Goodbye SilverScript. Canceling my policy NOW!
